Our rug cleaning process:

First, we remove as much dust as possible from the rug.

Rugs are then tested for color fastness. If the colors bleed, then we have to use special methods like dry cleaning to leave as little water as possible on the rug.

Next, heavily soiling and  stains are pre-treated with the appropriate cleaning agent. Please understand that some stains like pet stains may not be removed as they may have permanently changed the colors of the fabric.

If the rug has odor, it is neutralized with a deodorizer.

Next, rugs are washed using a suitable method depending on the rug's material, age, color-fastness, and thickness. In brief, some methods include:

• complete soaking and submersion in water (which is the best way to clean),
• dry cleaning,
• jet spray and extraction.

Finally, the fringes are treated separately to prevent damage.
